Insurance Cancellation

We understand that things change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your insurance policy. While we’re sorry to see you go, we want to make the process as smooth as possible.

Before proceeding, please note: cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days before your renewal date to avoid any unwanted charges. 

Please be aware that cancelling your insurance does not cancel your annual membership. You will still retain access to your membership benefits, and your membership fee will continue to apply until you submit a separate request to cancel that. If you wish to cancel both, go here.
