When the realisation hits that being a yoga teacher isn't just about teaching yoga...

The thing that quickly became clear to me as a yoga teacher is that we carry A LOT. We have to be everything all at once; a marketeer, a graphic designer, a website builder, an administrator, an accountant... Oh, and yes, a creative and attentive yoga teacher who remembers 25 people's health problems at any given time, all while planning an exciting and interesting new class or seven every week... and then you can't find the class because you... lost... the... notebook... AND BREATHE. Although, you probably don't have time for that because like most of us, you are doing this whilst also juggling multiple other commitments.

And if that all felt a little too familiar... It's ok, I have your back. Read on.

Support for the class you teach, the trust you build with students, and everything else that fills your head before and after.

Your craft, your passion for teaching yoga is exactly what you've worked hard to carve out, and it needs space and nurturing to allow you to thrive. Here's how Sequence/OS is going to help you with that, and it starts with an exclusive three months free and a monthly teacher webinar for YogaPros members.

This includes space to store classes written and owned by you, not AI. Sequence playback with pose detail for when you need a quick refresher, plus a Calendar function with relevant student health prompting and a full client management and booking system.

There's also a monthly webinar, by invitation only, for signed-up YogaPros members. Need help with the app? Have feedback about a function that you really love using, or one that could work better for you? Want a space to touch base with other teachers once in a while? It's here for you, because I am here with you.

Your cue stays written on the pose in a live class, play mode holds the timing, student health information is exactly where you need it to be. A mind blank mid-flow never becomes a problem. Your head is out of the notebook, and your presence is fully felt in the room.

From Liz Mellor · Yoga teacher & Sequence/OS creator

Creator statement

"I know all too well that the mental load does not start when class starts or end when everyone leaves. I built Sequence/OS from a love of teaching and an awareness of everything that teachers quietly carry, so the practical work can support the human work rather than crowd it out."

Build your support system, so you can take care of your students, and of yourself.

It's never too early or too late in your teaching career to start thinking about your support system. If you've ever lost a favourite class, felt that dreaded mind blank mid (or even pre) flow, forgotten a student's health issues and lost their trust, been overwhelmed by the admin burden, missed payments from studios because you've forgotten to put your invoice in; you're not alone, and nor should you be. Sequence/OS was built for exactly this, by a teacher who understands what teachers need. I've got you.
