Events or retreats abroad, accredited training, or other therapies may need cover of their own.
The member policy covers you to teach yoga and meditation. Some work goes further than that and may need cover of its own. If any of this is you, speak to Balens before you rely on your cover.
If you organise them yourself, taking bookings, arranging travel or accommodation, or putting the package together, you may need Tour Operators Liability cover. It is specifically excluded under the member policy. Balens can arrange it, priced individually.
Help Centre: Working at or running a retreatIf you train other teachers on an accredited course, you may need additional trainer cover. Talk to Balens about your course before it starts.
Help Centre: Does my insurance policy cover teacher training?Aerial Yoga, Acro Yoga, Yogalates, gong baths, sound healing and other therapies sit outside the member policy. They need the Multi-Therapies policy.
