How do I cancel my membership renewal?
You can cancel your membership or insurance by submitting the cancellation form. You can choose to cancel immediately, at renewal, or remove insurance only. Make sure you submit your request at least 14 days before your renewal date.

We know your journey as a yoga teacher can change over time. You might be taking a pause, shifting direction, or figuring out your next step. Managing your membership properly helps you avoid unnecessary charges and gives you clarity on what happens next.
At YogaPros, everything is built to support your journey from passion to profession. That includes giving you flexibility when things change, while helping you understand how your decisions affect your progress, your benefits, and your place within our community.
What This Means for You
You will have three options:

- Cancel Immediately - Your membership, and insurance if applicable, will be cancelled immediately.
- Cancel At Renewal - Your membership and insurance will continue until you expire.
- Cancel Insurance - We'll remove insurance from your renewal and maintain your membership. Please note that this means you will be billed for membership only at your expiry.

Cancel Insurance Only - Submit your request at least 14 days before your renewal date
- Wait for confirmation
Make sure to submit the form at least 14 days prior to your expiry date to allow sufficient time for processing your cancellation and to avoid any unwanted fees.
We cannot process your cancellation out of hours. If your renewal is due on the next working day and you have made a request out of hours, your renewal will still go through. We can only process cancellations/payment amendments Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.

Please be aware that if you choose to cancel your account, you will need to reapply if you decide to join us again in future. This will mean resubmitting your information and certificates, and you may be subject to new membership prices.
