How do I cancel my Brand membership renewal?
You can cancel your brand membership by submitting the cancellation form. Make sure you submit your request at least 14 days before your renewal date.

Your Brand is part of how you build visibility and create opportunities beyond teaching in your own name, so it’s important to understand what happens when you remove it and how that affects your setup moving forward.
What This Means for You
If you cancel your Brand membership, your brand page and associated features will be deleted. This means your business name, events, and any branding linked to your profile will no longer be visible on the platform.
What You Need to Do
- Access Cancellation Form
- Fill in the form
- Submit your request at least 14 days before your renewal date
- Wait for confirmation from the team
If your profile is cancelled, your account and public profile will be removed. Your current accredited course(s) will no longer be recognised, and rejoining in the future would require a new Brand registration, along with a separate accreditation fee for each course.
