Why can’t I find my training school on the form?
If you cannot find your training school in the dropdown, it does not always mean there is a problem. In most cases, you should select Other - Not Registered and type in the name of your training school.
Why This Matters
The training school dropdown helps match your application or certificate to the correct school record. If the school name is missing or listed differently, choosing the right option helps us review your application correctly and avoid delays.
What This Means for You
- Your training school may still be valid even if it does not appear in the dropdown
- The school may have changed its name and not updated us yet
- You may be searching using the lead teacher’s name or the venue name instead of the school name
- The school may have joined recently and not yet been added to the list
- The school may not be accredited by YogaPros. You can still continue by selecting Other - Not Registered
What You Need to Do
- Check that you are searching for the training school name, not the lead teacher or venue name
- If you still cannot find it, select Other - Not Registered
- Type in the full name of your training school in the field
- Continue with your application or certificate upload
- If you are sure the school is accredited and should appear, contact us on live chat using the help button in the bottom right corner
