How do I make a complaint?
If you have a complaint about a member or a teacher training course, you should first raise it directly with that member or course provider using their own complaints procedure. We can only review complaints where there is a clear, tangible issue.
Why This Matters
Each member and course provider is responsible for handling their own complaints in the first instance. This helps make sure concerns are addressed fairly and through the correct process. Yoga Alliance Professionals does not provide mediation and cannot get involved in personality clashes.
What This Means for You
- You should first contact the member or course provider directly
- Your complaint should follow their own complaints procedure
- We do not offer a mediation service
- We do not get involved in personality clashes
