Why Am I Not Receiving Emails From YogaPros?
If you are not receiving emails from us, first check your spam or junk folder. You may also need to add support@yogaallianceprofessionals.org to your safe sender list.
Why This Matters
We send important emails about your membership, support requests, renewals, and account activity. If our emails are going to spam or you have unsubscribed by mistake, you may miss important updates and next steps.
What This Means for You
- You may miss membership updates or renewal reminders
- You may not receive replies from our support team
- You may need to re-allow emails from support@yogaallianceprofessionals.org
- Your account email address may need updating if it is incorrect or outdated
What You Need to Do
- Check your spam or junk email folder for messages from support@yogaallianceprofessionals.org
- If you find one of our emails, mark it as not spam or not junk
- Add support@yogaallianceprofessionals.org to your safe sender list
- Check that the email address on your Yoga Alliance Professionals account is correct
- Update your email address in your account if needed.
Gmail
- Go to your spam folder, track down the email address support@yogaallianceprofessionals.org and click on it.
- At the top of the email, you should see a square gray box with the option to “Report as not spam.”
- By clicking this button, you let Google know you consent to receive emails from this sender.
Hotmail
- Login to your Hotmail, click on the Settings icon at the top right side of the page, expand it and click on More Mail Settings.
- Click on Safe and blocked senders.
- Click Safe Senders.
- Insert the email address support@yogaallianceprofessionals.org you want to whitelist, then click Add to list.
iCloud
- In Mail on iCloud.com, click the Junk folder in the sidebar (If you don't see the sidebar, see Show or Hide the sidebar in Mail on iCloud.com).
- Select the message from support@yogaallianceprofessionals.org.
- Click Not Junk in the notification bar at the top of the message window or drag the message to the Inbox in the sidebar.
Outlook
- Click the gear icon in Outlook and select “View all Outlook settings.”
- Select “Mail” from the settings menu.
- Choose “Junk email” from the submenu.
- Click “Add” under “Safe senders and domains.”
- Enter the email address support@yogaallianceprofessionals.org to white list it.
