Do I need a qualification to teach a new technique?
The policy insures you for techniques in your declared qualifications; new techniques require a qualification.
The policy will provide cover for all yoga and meditation techniques (except Acro Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Yogalates) included within the training courses/qualifications declared to Yoga Pros. For example, if a member has provided a copy of a Hatha Yoga qualification, they will be insured to practise all techniques and variations of sequences that form part of that training.
If a member wishes to offer a new technique that was not part of their original training, they will need to be suitably qualified for that technique and declare this so we can check that the correct cover is in place.
