How do I add associate teachers to my training courses?

Why This Matters

When you run a training course or event with other teachers, those teachers are part of your offering. Linking them to your brand profile creates a connected, professional presence across YogaPros, so anyone exploring your event can also view the full profiles of every teacher involved.

This is especially valuable for multi-teacher trainings, retreats, and specialist workshops, where the teaching team is a key part of the appeal.

What This Means for You

Once you link an associate teacher to your brand profile:

• Your shared events will appear on their individual profile page.
• The event will also display on your own profile page as lead teacher.
• It will show on your brand profile page too, so the event is visible in three places at once.
• Prospective students can click through to each teacher’s Live CV to explore their qualifications and experience.
• Associate teachers do not need to take any action - the link is managed from your brand profile.

What You Need to Do

Step 1: Add associate teachers to your brand profile

1. Log in to your YogaPros account.
2. Click on the dropdown menu (when you click on your image, top right) 
3. Click on 'edit brand profile'
4. You can add up to 3 associate teachers.  Click on the field of associate teacher 1.
5. Search for the teacher by name and select them from the results.
6. Save your changes. They are now linked to your brand profile.

Step 2: Link teachers when adding a course or event

1. 1. From the drop down navigation menu, click on 'my course accreditation'
   2. When creating or editing a course or event on your brand profile, locate the “Teachers” field.
   3. Select the relevant associate teacher(s) from the dropdown.
   4. Save the event. It will now appear on each linked teacher’s profile page.

FAQs

Does the associate teacher need to be a YogaPros member?

Yes. You can only link teachers who have an active YogaPros profile. If your associate teacher is not yet registered, invite them to join before linking.

Will the associate teacher be notified when I link them?

We recommend letting your associate teachers know when you’ve linked them. They’ll be able to see the event listed on their own profile page.

Can I remove an associate teacher from a course?

Yes. Return to the course or event on your brand profile, remove them from the Teachers field, and save. The event will no longer appear on their profile.

How many associate teachers can I add to one event?

You can link up to 3 associate teachers to your brand.  You can add up to 3 teachers to a single course or event. If you need to add more associate teachers, please get in touch and we can upgrade you to Business membership.
