Why do I have a placeholder certificate?
A placeholder certificate means we confirmed and verified your course completion when you joined, but we do not hold a copy of your original certificate on file. To display your actual certificate on your Live CV, you will need to upload a copy to your account.
Why This Matters
When you joined YogaPros, our team verified your training to approve your membership, but we don't retain copies of certificates on our system. The placeholder confirms your qualification was reviewed at sign-up. It does not substitute your certificate, so uploading it ensures your Live CV accurately reflects your credentials to peers, employers, and studios viewing your profile.
What This Means for You
- Your membership remains fully active with a placeholder in place.
- Your Live CV will show a generic placeholder rather than your real certificate.
- Visitors to your profile won't be able to see proof of your specific training.
- Once you upload your certificate, it will display properly on your Live CV.
What You Need to Do
- Log in to your YogaPros profile.
- Click on your icon and go to 'Work on my live CV'
- Click on 'Training and Qualifications'
- Upload a PDF or JPEG of your actual training certificate.
- Save your changes — your Live CV will update once processed.
