Chapter I Why Compliance Matters
Chapter I
## Why Compliance Matters
* *
*Safety Is Not an Afterthought, It’s the Foundation*
Every teaching, every class, every event needs more than insurance.
It needs a structure of trust: legal, ethical, and energetic. Protection is not just a policy, but a living agreement between you, your students, and the industry.
Protect yourself with professional insurance tailored to your practice.

Chapter II
## Insurance Coverage
As a yoga teacher, you can be held legally liable for injury, damage to a third party, and financial loss alleged by students or other parties. Accidents can happen to the best of us, which is why you should consider insurance.
An insurance policy can protect your yoga teaching and, if covered, help you financially in the event of a claim.
Yoga Pros has partnered with Balens (for UK and Ireland residents) and Insurance Canopy (for USA residents) to help members find a policy to protect them.
